LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

BNDRY operates on the unceded land of the Original Boise Valley People: the Shoshone, Bannock, and Northern Paiute peoples. This land was taken, not given, and Indigenous communities have been resisting, protecting, and stewarding it long before Boise existed. That stewardship holds knowledge we respect, learn from, and stand behind.

Land acknowledgments mean nothing without action. We commit to:

  1. Supporting Indigenous-led movements for land and water protection.

  2. Uplifting Indigenous artists, businesses, and educators in our work.

  3. Holding ourselves and our collaborators accountable to decolonial practices.

We encourage you to learn from and support regional Indigenous organizations doing real work on the ground. Start here:

Decolonization is ongoing and re-centering indigenous voices is the solution. Let’s listen and learn together.
